The new year is here and it is a great time to look after your body with fabulous, nutrient dense foods and drinks. This cucumber cooler makes a perfect snack to help refresh and revitalize you!
Ingredients
- 5 inch length of cucumber, peeled (chilled)
- 1 handful baby spinach
- ½ green apple (ideally chilled)
- Juice and zest of ½ lemon
- 6 mint leaves
- 3/4 cup chilled water
- 5 ice cubes
Method
Pop all the ingredients into a blender and blend up, yum!!
