Possibly the tastiest smoothie in the world!
Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- optional extras: tsp cocoa, 1-2 tbsp LSA and/or 1-2 tbsp rolled oats too.
Combine together all the ingredients in a Nutribullet, or blender.
This is an idea breakfast, a snack and perfect for kids after school or sports!!
