This smoothie screams ‘Hello Summer’! It’s Tropical goodness in a glass – give it a whirl!
Ingredients
- ½ cup pineapple – fresh or canned (in juice)
- ½ large ripe banana (frozen)
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 2-3 tbsp desiccated coconut or coconut milk/cream
- 1 cup of water or coconut water
Method
Pop all the ingredients into a blender and blend up, yum!!
